The Carolina Hurricanes have announced their preseason schedule for the 2026 season, consisting of four games, including home-and-home matchups against the Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators. The schedule kicks off on September 20 with a game in Sunrise, Florida, against the Panthers, followed by a return game at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh on September 22.
The Hurricanes will then host the Predators on September 24 at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, marking a significant return to the venue where the franchise began its journey in North Carolina.
The preseason concludes with a game against Nashville at Bridgestone Arena on September 26. This announcement comes in light of the NHL's transition to an 84-game regular season, which has reduced the preseason from six games to four.
The Hurricanes also shared details about their Prospects Development Camp, set for June 28 to July 2, featuring nine players, including several recent draft picks, who will be evaluated prior to the regular season.
