Canucks eliminated from playoff contention

Canucks Army reports that the team is now projected to finish 32nd in the league, giving them the best odds at the first overall pick in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft, with the likelihood of landing the third overall pick being significantly higher.

Historically, the Canucks have never selected first overall in the draft despite being in position to do so on multiple occasions.
