Jon Cooper Tops NHL Coach Rankings

Jon Cooper of the Tampa Bay Lightning has been recognized as the top coach in the NHL, adding the Jack Adams Award to his impressive resume. According to The Hockey News, Cooper, the NHL's longest-tenured coach since March 2013, has built a remarkable record of 622 wins, 332 losses, and 89 overtime losses over 1,043 regular-season games.

He has led the Lightning to the playoffs in 12 of 13 full seasons, achieving six appearances in the conference finals and capturing two Stanley Cups. Cooper's ability to adapt and consistently produce competitive teams has solidified his reputation as the best coach in the league.

Meanwhile, Colorado Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar has also made a strong impression, ranking fourth overall in the same coach rankings. Bednar, who has been with the Avalanche since 2016, boasts a Stanley Cup championship, two Presidents Trophies, and nine consecutive playoff appearances.
