Montreal Canadiens players are demonstrating a strong commitment to offseason training as they prepare for the upcoming NHL season. Ivan Demidov has been utilizing the Canadiens CN Sports Complex in Brossard, skating multiple times a day and mentoring Alexander Zharovsky before he returns to Russia for the KHL season.

Lane Hutson joined Demidov for training and worked with Adam Nicholas to enhance their skills, while also supporting the organization’s rookies during their development camp. Other players, such as Alex Carrier, Jake Evans, and Zach Bolduc, have signed up for the three-on-three Living Sisu hockey league starting July 7th.

Juraj Slafkovsky has been training in Slovakia with Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Erik Cernak, and newly re-signed goaltender Jakub Dobes is training in St. Louis before moving back to Montreal. The NHL's upcoming season will feature a condensed preseason from September 19 to 26, indicating that the regular season will start at the end of September or early October.

This dedication from the players reflects a serious approach to improving for the next season, suggesting that the Canadiens are ready to make significant strides.
