In an exciting matchup on Sunday night, the Calgary Flames secured a 4-3 overtime victory against the Tampa Bay Lightning at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Ryan Strome netted the game-winning goal in overtime, lifting the Flames to their third consecutive win.
Earlier in the game, Victor Olofsson and Morgan Frost combined for two quick goals within just 27 seconds, helping Calgary establish an early lead. The Flames were without Connor Zary, who is day-to-day with an upper-body injury after a hit from Florida Panthers' A.J.
Greer, who has since been suspended for three games for that incident. Tyson Gross made his Flames debut in Zary's absence. The Flames continue to build a winning culture as they aim to finish the season strong, demonstrating resilience and teamwork in their recent performances.
