Calgary Flames prospect Theo Stockselius is on the verge of winning back-to-back championships with Djurgardens IF U20, having already swept Leksand U20 in the previous round of the J20 Nationell playoffs.

In the finals against Frolunda HC U20, Djurgardens secured a 3-2 victory in Game 1, with Stockselius scoring the opening goal, and followed it up with a 2-1 overtime win in Game 2, where he recorded an assist.

Stockselius has now accumulated eight goals and 15 points in nine playoff games. Alongside him, other Flames prospects have had varied success; in the NCAA National Tournament, North Dakota fell short against Wisconsin, while Denver, featuring prospect Eric Jamieson, claimed the national title with a 3-2 victory over Wisconsin.

In the WHL, Hunter Laing's Saskatoon Blades faced tough competition against the Prince Albert Raiders, losing their first three games in the second round. Meanwhile, Andrew Basha and Axel Hurtig competed in a tight series between the Medicine Hat Tigers and Calgary Hitmen, with Basha contributing three assists in Game 3.

In the USHL, Maceo Phillips' Green Bay Gamblers exited early after losing two close games against the Madison Capitols. In Russia, Yan Matveiko and Red Army advanced to the second round after winning a decisive Game 5 against SKA-1946, but faced a challenging matchup against JHC Spartak.

The Flames' prospects are displaying strong potential, showcasing the depth and future talent within the organization.
